Gaps in the literature such as paying less attention to active travel modes in developing countries, focus on the travel behavior of specific groups (such as students, the elderly, etc.), as well as paying less attention to heterogeneity in walking travel behavior due to travel distance and age, encourage the authors to identify the effective built environment (BE) and socioeconomic factors in the likelihood of walking and the sensitivity of individuals to the walking distance for discretionary trips using the origin-destination (OD) trip matrix, particularly the 4463 observations of discretionary walking trips. Binary logit estimation results indicate people's heterogeneity in the walking behavior for discretionary trips. Also, women are more likely to choose walking on discretionary trips. Further, increasing the household size increases and possessing a driving license reduces the likelihood of walking on discretionary trips. One of the interesting results is an increase in the walking likelihood with increasing age. Further, investigation of people’s heterogeneity in age and walking distance shows that compared to other age groups, people aged 15-24 years are less likely to choose walking on discretionary trips with a distance of 0.5-0.75 miles. Moreover, in trip distances of 0.75 -1 mile, the elderly have a greater tendency to choose walking compared to other age groups. Results could be useful for transport and urban management by identifying the affective factors in walking likelihood to achieve more sustainable transport and a human-oriented city.}, keywords = {Walking trips,Binary Logit,Discretionary trips,Built environment}, title_fa = {عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب پیاده‌روی در سفرهای اختیاری، مطالعه ناهمگونی مسافت سفر}, abstract_fa = {پیاده‌روی از جمله شیوه‌های فعال حمل‌و‌نقل شهری است که در دهه‌های اخیر به دلیل افزایش استفاده از وسایل نقلیه موتوری و مالکیت خودروی شخصی در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه، سهم کمی از شیوه‌های انتخابی سفر را به خود اختصاص داده است. شکاف‌های موجود در ادبیات همچون عدم توجه کافی به شیوه‌های سفر فعال در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه، تمرکز بر رفتار سفر گروه خاصی از افراد (همچون دانش‌آموزان، سالمندان و غیره) و همچنین توجه کم به ناهمگونی موجود در رفتار سفر پیاده افراد با توجه به مسافت سفر و سن، نویسندگان را بر آن داشت تا به‌منظور شناسایی عوامل محیط مصنوع و فردی مؤثر بر انتخاب شیوه پیاده‌روی و همچنین بررسی ناهمگونی افراد به مسافت پیاده‌روی در سفرهای اختیاری، از داده‌ها و اطلاعات ماتریس مبدا-مقصد سفر ساکنین شهر قزوین به خصوص داده‌های 4463 مشاهده مبدا-مقصد سفرهای پیاده اختیاری استفاده کنند. نتایج پرداخت مدل لوجیت دوتایی حاکی از ترجیحات متفاوت افراد با سن‌های متفاوت نسبت به مسافت سفر در سفرهای اختیاری است. همچنین زنان تمایل بیشتری در انتخاب پیاده‌روی در سفر اختیاری دارند. افزایش بعد خانوار باعث افزایش و داشتن گواهینامه رانندگی موجب کاهش مطلوبیت انتخاب شیوه پیاده‌روی در سفرهای افراد می‌شود. همچنین از نتایج جالب این پژوهش می‌توان به تمایل بیشتر افراد برای انتخاب شیوه پیاده‌روی با افزایش سن آن‌ها اشاره کرد. همچنین واکاوی ناهمگونی افراد از منظر سن در مسافت‌های گوناگون سفر بیانگر آن است افراد بین 24-15 سال در سفرهای اختیاری با مسافت 75/0-5/0 مایل، تمایل کمتری نسبت به دیگر گروه‌های سنی برای انجام سفر پیاده خواهند داشت. همچنین در انتخاب شیوه پیاده‌روی برای سفرهای با مسافت 1-75/0 مایل، افراد مسن نسبت به دیگر گروه‌های سنی تمایل بیشتری دارند. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند مورداستفاده تصمیم گیران حمل‌و‌نقل و مدیریت شهری به‌منظور شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب شیوه پیاده‌روی به‌منظور محقق کردن هرچه بیشتر شاخص‌های حمل‌و‌نقل پایدار و شهر انسان‌محور باشد.}, keywords_fa = {پیاده‌روی,سفر اختیاری,لوجیت دوگانه,محیط مصنوع}, url = {https://www.trijournal.ir/article_130949.html}, eprint = {https://www.trijournal.ir/article_130949_e8af4e725108d5c5d416e4957e5357ce.pdf} }
