It is also essential to identify all potential risks regardless of their impact on the calculations or events. Any of the three main objectives in a construction project, namely the cost, time, and quality, may be exposed to risk and uncertainty. Project risks include unknown possible incidents with positive or negative consequences for project goals and detectable causes and effects with direct impact on cost, time, and quality objectives. Several studies have addressed risk management in urban highway pavement projects. These projects play a key role in the aesthetics of a city and improving the satisfaction of citizens. This issue has received much attention in recent years, which translates into the allocation of the largest portion of highway construction and maintenance budget to pavement projects. Accordingly, the present study aims to analyze and assess risks in urban highway pavement maintenance projects. Following a brief discussion on EPC contracts, a model is presented for carrying out the risk management process in EPC contracts for urban highway maintenance in compliance with the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) based on experience from past projects and the views of authorities, managers, and experts collected and analyzed by questionnaire and interview. Further, seven critical risks in EPC projects were identified and addressed and potential solutions were recommended.}, keywords = {Risk Identification,Risk Analysis,Urban Highway Maintenance,FEMA}, title_fa = {تحلیل، ارزیابی و مدیریت ریسک پروژه های آسفالت حفاظتی پلیمری به روش FMEA}, abstract_fa = {دانش مدیریت ریسک بعنوان بخشی از مدیریت پروژه در پروژه ها تعمیر و نگهداری بسیار حائز اهمیت می باشد و تلاش برای مشخص کردن تمامی ریسک ها بالقوه پروژه بسیار اهمیت دارد حتی اگر بخشی جدی از محاسبات یا رخدادها، ریسک پروژه نباشد.در این پروژه ها احتمال اینکه هریک از سه هدف اصلی هزینه، زمان و کیفیت در معرض ریسک و عدم اطمینان قرار گیرند، وجود دارد.ریسک در پروژه رویداد های ممکن الوقوع نامعلومی هستند که در صورت وقوع بصورت پیامدهای منفی یا مثبت در اهداف پروژه موثر می باشند که هر یک دارای علل مشخص و نتایج قابل تشخیصی هستند که مستقیما در هزینه، زمان و کیفیت پروژه موثر می باشد.ازطرفی ، تحقیقات گسترده‌ای در زمینه مدیریت ریسک پروژه‌های که در سطح شهر اجراء می گردد انجام گرفته است. یکی از مهمترین این پروژه ها، آسفالت حفاظتی پلیمری است. پروژه های آسفالتی جایگاه مهمی در زیبایی شهر و ارتقاء رضایتمندی شهروندان دارد و در سالهای اخیر نیز بر اهمیت آن افزوده شده است که بیشترین سهم مالی از کل مبلغ احداث و نگهداری بزرگراه را دارا می باشد. لیکن متأسفانه ، ارزیابی این پروژه ها آنطوری که باید و شاید صورت نگرفته است. در نتیجه در این مقاله، ریسک پروژه‌های آسفالت حفاظتی پلیمری تحلیل و ارزیابی خواهد شد.نگارنده در این مقاله ضمن بررسی اجمالی قراردادهای، EPC با بهره گیری از تجارب گردآوری شده در چند پروژه همچنین با استفاده از مصاحبه حضوری و ارائه پرسشنامه هایی، نظر مسئولین، مدیران و صاحب نظران را جویا شده و با تحلیل آن نظرات، الگویی برای پیاده سازی عملی فرآیند مدیریت ریسک در قراردادهای"EPC" تعمیر و نگهداری بزرگراههای شهری با توجه به استاندارد "PMBOK" ارائه شده است.هم چنین در این مقاله هفت ریسک بحرانی پروژه هاEPC شناسایی شد و برای آنها راه حلهای مناسبی ارائه گردید.}, keywords_fa = {شناسایی ریسک,تحلیل ریسک,تعمیر و نگهداری بزرگراه های شهری}, url = {https://www.trijournal.ir/article_97262.html}, eprint = {} }
