Various factors such as driver characteristics, environmental conditions, road surface conditions, and type of vehicles affect the severity of accidents. In this paper, by using structural equation modeling (SEM) method and relying on crashes data, it has been tried to identify the factors that have the greatest effect on the severity of suburban accidents in Kerman province. Then, the results obtained from structural modeling are used to develop a fuzzy inference system (FIS) in order to prioritize solutions in relation to each factor. According to the results obtained from the structural equation modeling, human factor (estimate -0.47) has shown the greatest effect on occurence of accidents with high injury compared to other latent factors in the model. Among the parameters explaining the human factor, using the safety belt variable (estimate 0.85) was the stronger predictor for this factor. Finally, in order to determine the priority of implementing strategies to reduce the severity of crashes by human, environmental, and road factors, the fuzzy inference system has been used due to its acceptable accuracy in solving problems that face uncertainty. The results of the outputs of the fuzzy inference system have been shown that the priority of solutions related to human factors is far more than solutions related to road and environmental factors. Overall, the results of this study can help transportation professionals to prioritize countermeasures to reduce the severity of crashes on the suburban roads in an efficient and optimal manner.}, keywords = {structural equation modeling,Fuzzy,safety,Prioritization}, title_fa = {شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر شدت تصادفات راه های برون‌شهری و اولویت‌بندی راهکارها با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و سیستم استنتاج فازی (FIS)}, abstract_fa = {رشد جمعیت، افزایش تقاضای سفر و در نتیجه آن افزایش استفاده از وسایل‌نقلیه موتوری موجب نگرانی در مورد ایمنی جاده-ها در جوامع امروزی شده است. عوامل مختلفی مانند مشخصات راننده، شرایط محیطی، شرایط سطح راه و نوع وسایل‌نقلیه، بر شدت تصادفات تأثیرگذار است. در این مقاله سعی شده تا با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و با تکیه بر داده‌های تصادفات ، ابتدا پارامترهایی که بیشترین تأثیر را بر شدت تصادفات برون‌شهری استان کرمان دارند شناسایی شوند. سپس از نتایج بدست آمده از مدل‌‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، برای توسعۀ یک سیستم استنتاج فازی به منظور اولویت‌بندی راهکارها در ارتباط با هر عامل استفاده می‌شود. طبق نتایج بدست آمده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری، عامل انسانی (با بار عاملی 47/0-) بیشترین تأثیر را در بروز تصادفات با شدت آسیب‌دیدگی بالا نسبت به سایر عوامل پنهان دیگر در مدل نشان داده است. از بین پارامترهای تبیین‌کننده عامل انسانی، متغیر بستن کمربند ایمنی (با بار عاملی 85/0) قوی‌ترین تبیین‌کننده برای این عامل بوده است. در انتها جهت تعیین اولویت اجرای راهکارهای کاهش شدت تصادفات به تفکیک عوامل انسانی، محیطی و راه، از سیستم استنتاج فازی به دلیل دقت قابل قبول آن در حل مسائلی که با عدم قطعیت مواجه هستند استفاده شده است. نتایج خروجی‌های حاصل از سیستم استنتاج فازی نشان‌ می‌دهد که اولویت راهکارهای مرتبط به عوامل انسانی به مراتب بیشتر از راهکارهای مرتبط به عوامل راه و محیطی است. به طور کلی، نتایج این تحقیق می‌تواند به متخصصین در حوزه حمل و نقل کمک کند تا اقدامات متقابل را با هدف کاهش سطح شدت تصادف در بخش‌ جاده‌های برون‌شهری به صورت کارآمد و بهینه‌ اولویت‌بندی کنند.}, keywords_fa = {مدل معادلات ساختاری,فازی,ایمنی,اولویت‌بندی}, url = {https://www.trijournal.ir/article_130224.html}, eprint = {https://www.trijournal.ir/article_130224_2f2a9116ae64df50cd8ceaed7210e495.pdf} }
