In addition, the share of the road section of GDP in recent years has been around %7, which is about %90 of the value added to the entire transportation sector. Therefore, in this research, the effect of natural disasters and eventful flood events on the roads of the country and its effects on the economic growth of this section have been studied in this period. The present study aimed to investigate the significant relationship between natural disasters and value added to the road transport sector. For this purpose, the also model and the Views software have been used to examine the relationship. The results indicate a reverse relationship between natural disasters and economic growth and its coefficient in the model was negative -0.03, which is significant at% 5 level, indicating that with increasing disasters the economic growth of the country decreases. Therefore, the results show that there is a significant relationship between natural disasters and economic growth.   <br />                                                             یکی از شاخص‌های اصلی توسعه اقتصادی کشورها وجود زمینه حمل‌ونقل مناسب بوده و باوجود نقص یا عدم کارایی مطلوب، خصوصاً در شبکه جاده‌ای،هرگونه رشد و توسعه امکان‌پذیر نخواهد بود چراکه بخش جاده‌ای به‌عنوان زیر بخش اصلی حمل‌ونقل محسوب می‌شود و همواره بیش از 90 درصد کل بخش حمل‌ونقل را تشکیل داده است. بعلاوه سهم بخش جاده‌ای از تولید ناخالص ملی در سال‌های اخیر حدود 7 درصد بوده است که این یعنی حدود 90 درصد ارزش‌افزوده کل بخش حمل‌ونقل. ازاین‌رو در این پژوهش سعی شده است که تأثیر بلایای طبیعی و به‌صورت موردی سیل‌های رخ‌داده در دوره زمانی 1361-1390در جاده‌های کشور و اثرات آن بر رشد اقتصادی این بخش موردبررسی قرار گیرد.فرضیه این تحقیق بررسی رابطه معنی‌داری بین بلایای طبیعی و ارزش‌افزوده بخش حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای است که به این منظور و برای بررسی رابطه مذکور از مدل 1ols و نرم‌افزار 2Eviews استفاده‌شده است. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از رابطه معکوس بین بلایای طبیعی و رشد اقتصادی است و ضریب آن در مدل به‌صورت منفی (03/0-)ظاهر گردیده است که در سطح 5 درصد معنی‌دار است و بیانگر این است که با افزایش وقوع بلایا رشد اقتصادی کشور کاهش می‌یابد. لذا نتایج نشان می‌دهد که ارتباط معنی‌دار بین بلایای طبیعی و رشد اقتصادی وجود دارد.<br />  <br />   https://www.trijournal.ir/article_88563_59d464fbd0e355eccf30e011bdeede1a.pdf
