Abstract
Today, the increase in urbanization and the need to use and travel by private car, the country's metropolises are facing a serious problem in providing the required parking. Therefore, there is still a tendency to build large and possibly multi-storey car parks in places such as city centers, which often lack the space needed to stop vehicles. Car trips are made by car. At its origin and destination, it needs a parking space, and if this need is not planned and provided, cars will inevitably stop on illegal roads and occupy and occupy the surface of the roads that must be used to pass vehicles. They harm the safety and psychological well-being of traffic, as well as the urban environment. In addition to the trans-regional role and lack of a highway network, in addition to passing through the area, Tehran's 7 District welcomes transit traffic from other areas and on the other hand has the highest need for parking among Tehran's districts, compared to the existing transportation. In it, as well as the lack of optimal location of existing parking lots, it is expected that existing parking lots will have the highest efficiency and performance so that the creation of new parking lots will be accompanied by the highest level of productivity. Traffic, urban planning and urban planning are the indicators selected from T. Population, building density, parking area, width-based access, land price, parking supply, parking demand and number of vehicles were analyzed using the Network Analysis Process Model (ANP), which eventually overlapped the map. Finally, different areas were evaluated and formed. Then, using the final map obtained from the research model, during a field visit in the identified areas, they were classified as having a very high, high, medium, low and very low value.
