A Hybrid Method Based on Fuzzy TOPSIS-Modified Digital Logic for Developing a Business Strategy Related to the Electrification Plan of the Urban Transport Fleet

Abstract
Strategy is a pattern of decisions that shows the overall direction of the organization. It is supposed that in this research, various strategies will be introduced in the problem of routing-location related to the electric vehicles, so that a study in formulating a strategy in the field of electronic business by considering the types of electric vehicles, type or location, and type and location of the charge stations. In fact, in this paper, according to a decision matrix related to an electronic business related to routing-location problems, a hybrid TOPSIS fuzzy method and a modified digital logic method is presented so that existing functional goals and different decision areas in an operation strategy matrix can be considered simultaneously. The conducted research can help vehicle manufacturers, environmental associations, research and development companies related to dealing with pollution in order to improve air quality. According to the results obtained in this research, based on the operation strategy matrix, it is better for decision-making stakeholders to focus more on the "development and organization" decision area in relation to the electrification of vehicles.
