Abstract
Abstract: This study was designed and implemented with the aim of comprehensively examining the various dimensions of the impact of transport safety on public health and providing practical solutions to improve it. This study was conducted using a systematic review and content analysis of related studies. Information was collected from reputable domestic and international databases, including the World Health Organization (WHO), ISNA and IRNA news agencies, and scientific articles indexed in reputable citation databases. The inclusion criteria for the study included articles published in the last 10 years that specifically addressed the relationship between transport safety and public health indicators. The collected data were analyzed and categorized thematically after careful screening based on scientific validity and relevance to the topic. The results of this study showed that transport safety is directly related to reducing the rate of deaths and injuries caused by accidents. Furthermore, improving transport safety significantly contributes to improving air quality by reducing pollutant emissions and also reducing noise pollution in urban environments. The findings also indicate that inefficient and unsafe transport systems are associated with increased levels of stress, anxiety and the occurrence of mental disorders among citizens.
