Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate and identify the impact of the development of technologies compatible with the marine environment on the environment and the reduction of greenhouse gases in the southern ports of Iran. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory and qualitative-quantitative in terms of mixed nature. The statistical population of the research includes the managers and experts of Bandar Imam Khomeini (RA), who were selected as a statistical sample of 118 people using the census method due to the limited statistical population. The Delphi questionnaire was used to identify the criteria and indicators, and then the TOPSIS technique was used to prioritize the criteria and indicators. First, the important and influential indicators were scored through the Delphi questionnaire by the relevant experts. Based on the Delphi method, out of 22 items, 17 items were determined as the main criteria for the impact of the development of technologies compatible with the marine environment on the environment and the reduction of greenhouse gases. The results of prioritization of indicators and criteria through the TOPSIS technique showed that the issue of the amount of waste generated from the next criterion has the first-ranked reactive performance compared to other items.
