Abstract
The transportation sector is an essential part of any country's infrastructure in today's world. The most important issue facing developing countries is to drive the development engine of the country. Today, transportation is an important component of the national economy and due to its infrastructure role, it has a great impact on the GDP process of the country. One of the basic human needs, which has become more widespread with economic and social development and is today one of the manifestations of civilization, is the issue of transportation. In the present study, based on PCA, the transport infrastructure index was created using the special vector table of the main components, and the model was estimated using the vector error correction model by examining the mean and co-accumulation of the variables. The above statistical results show the negative and significant impact of transportation infrastructure on gross domestic product per capita, which can indicate the unbalanced costs of transportation infrastructure during the period of 1358-1399. Balanced transportation infrastructure in the form of multimodal transportation efficiency can increase per capita gross domestic product for the future according to economic balances.
