بررسی عوامل اقتصادی موثر بر تصادفات جاده‌‌ای در استان‌های غرب و شمال‌غرب کشور

چکیده
حوادث جاده­ای و تلفات ناشی از آن یکی از چالش­­های اساسی کشور طی سال­­های اخیر است که هزینه­های زیادی را بر اقتصاد کشور تحمیل نموده است. در این راستا استان­های­ غرب و شمال­غرب کشور به دلیل موقعیت خاصی که دارند با تلفات و خسارت­های
جاده­ای زیادی مواجه هستند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی و شناسایی برخی عوامل اقتصادی تاثیرگذار بر تصادفات جاده­­ای در قالب فرضیه زیست­محیطی کوزنتس (EKC)، با استفاده از روش پانل دیتا در ده استان غرب و شمال­غرب کشور است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که بین درآمد سرانه و مرگ و میر ناشی از تصادفات جاده­ای در استان­های مورد مطالعه رابطه­U شکل معکوس وجود دارد. به­علاوه نتایج نشان می­دهد که بهبود در تجهیزات پزشکی و افزایش سرمایه­گذاری در زیرساخت­های جاده­ای در کاهش تلفات ناشی از تصادفات جاده­ای در استان­های مورد بررسی، تاثیر بسزایی دارد. سرمایه­گذاری در تجهیزات و زیرساخت­های پزشکی در کاهش تلفات جاده­ای نقش مؤثری دارد. همچنین بین مصرف سوخت و جمعیت با میزان تلفات جاده­ای رابطه­ی مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد.به­علاوه با افزایش نرخ شهر نشینی و بالا رفتن فرهنگ ترافیکی، تلفات جاده­ای کاهش می­یابد. برنامه­ریزی مدون با مدنظر داشتن تاثیر عوامل مذکور می­تواند در کاهش تلفات و هزینه ­های آن تاثیری قابل تامل داشته باشد.

چکیده English

Road accidents and the resulting casualties are one of the main challenges of Iran in recent years, which has imposed great costs on the economy. In this regard, the western and northwestern provinces of the country, due to their special position, face many road casualties and damages. The purpose of this study is to investigate and identify some economic factors affecting road accidents in the form of environmental Kuznets curve (EKC), using panel data method in ten west and northwestern provinces of Iran. The results indicate that there is an inverse U-shaped relationship between per capita income and deaths due to road accidents in the studied provinces. In addition, the results show that improvements in medical equipment and increased investment in road infrastructure have a significant impact on reducing casualties due to road accidents in the provinces under study. Investing in medical equipment and infrastructure is effective in reducing road casualties. There is also a positive and significant relationship between fuel consumption and population with the rate of road casualties. In addition, road casualties decrease with increasing urbanization rates and increasing traffic culture. Codified planning, taking into account the impact of these factors, can have a significant effect on reducing losses and costs.
