بررسی نحوه ارزیابی حمل و نقل مواد نفتی توسط کشتی‌های نفتکش در راستای توسعه صادرات ایران

چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی و مطالعه نحوه بازرسی نفت خام و فراورده‌های آن در تجارت خارجی ایران و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب می یاشد. به همین منظور این تحقیق تلاش دارد تا با پاسخگویی به این سؤال که آیا بین بازرسی کالاهای نفتی (بر اساس ضوابط و استاندارهای ملی و بین المللی) و توسعه و بهبود تجارت بین المللی و نیز کسب اعتبار تجاری بین شرکاء تأثیر معنی داری وجود دارد؟ روش تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است. بدین منظور از بین مدیران و متخصصان شرکت‌های فعال نفتی و متخصصان در امر بازرسی کالاهای نفتی، 50 نفر به ‌صورت نمونه در دسترس و هدفمند انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق جهت بررسی متغیرها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. از طرفی به‌منظور تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون با سطح معنی‌داری (01/0P<) استفاده شده است. یافته­ها نشان داد که بین بازرسی کالاهای نفتی (بر اساس ضوابط و استاندارهای ملی و بین المللی) و توسعه و بهبود تجارت بین المللی، و کسب اعتبار تجاری بین شرکا رابطه معنیداری وجود دارد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر بیانگر آن است که بازرسی نفت خام و فرآورده های آن بر اساس ضوابط و استاندارهای ملی و بین المللی می تواند سبب توسعه و بهبود تجارت بینالمللی و نیز افزایش اعتبار تجاری بین شرکا در کشور شود.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study is to investigate how to inspect Iran's foreign trade in crude oil and its products and solutions for the industry. So, in order to answering this question that whether the inspections (based on criteria and standards, national and international) and the development of international trade and business between the partners also gain a significant impact? The research method was correlation descriptive field method. Among managers and professionals specializing in inspection companies, oil and oil products, 50 persons were chosen as samples available. In this study the questionnaire was used to assess the variables of this research. For data analysis Pearson's correlation coefficient with significant level (>P0.01) was used. Results showed that the inspection (criteria and standards based on national and international) and the development and improvement of international trade, the increase credit and trade partners, there is a significant relationship between partners in the country.
